Food and coffee were great, cute atmosphere. The lady delivering our food was very kind but giving 3 stars because the guy taking our order was rude and basically huffing and puffing while we ordered bc it took us a min to decide what we wanted… but no one was behind us so not really sure what his rush was.

I stopped by Romancing the Bean while my car was charging and ended up finding such a cute local coffee shop. I told the barista I thought the name was really creative, and she explained that it comes from the idea of “romancing the bean,” kind of like romancing your life. I thought that was such a fun concept. I ordered an iced spicy brown sugar latte with oat milk and one less pump of sweetener, and it was perfect. Not too sweet and really well balanced. I also tried one of their gluten free cookies, and after a few bites I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The shop has a great atmosphere whether you’re looking for a place to work on your laptop or catch up with friends. The service was friendly, and everyone made me feel welcome. The only downside was that the drink lid was a little flimsy and spilled pretty easily with any movement. Also, the restroom was out of service during my visit. Thankfully, the owner has another location just down the street and let me use the restroom there, which I really appreciated. I had a great experience and would definitely come back the next time I’m in the area.

OK, I’m not usually the person to write reviews, especially on small businesses, but I was really disappointed with my experience here I was really excited to try out this café, especially because so many people from my school, swear by it I had just gotten out of work and I wanted to treat myself to A fun drink But I only had around $10 with me. I got a Matcha latte from the spring menu. I believe it was called flowers Field. It’s a rose Matcha latte it was almost 6 dollars and because I needed the Leftover money, unfortunately I was unable to leave a tip and I noticed that when I click the no tip button, the barista’s attitude changed with me when they called my name to pick up my drink. I literally got milk, ice, and a splash of Matcha that wasn’t even whipped or stirred properly. I understand that Matcha is hard to master, but the same barista who made my drink, made other peoples drinks and other people had the most beautiful vibrant color looking Matcha while I got the lightest Matcha you can ever have. I really had high hopes, but I’m pretty damn disappointed 😭

What a lovely breakfast/ brunch spot! Really enjoyed their coffee and a sourdough egg sandwich. Could not recommend more and will definitely come back if I can.

We had my niece bridal shower here and it was amazing food atmosphere and drinks. Kerry and her staff are the best highly recommended to go just for coffee food or have your next event there
